It can not only accurately identify conventional discolored grains but also effectively detect early-stage mold, insect damage, and inorganic impurities like tiny stones and glass fragments that are difficult to spot with the naked eye.
"Traditional color sorters primarily rely on color differences, but some food safety risks in grains, such as early-stage aflatoxin contamination, do not show obvious color changes," explained the company's chief engineer during the product launch. "Our innovative multi-spectral analysis system can simultaneously capture characteristic information of materials under visible light and specific near-infrared bands. Through algorithmic comparison, it achieves 'transparent' screening of internal quality defects, significantly advancing the food safety defense line."
In terms of production efficiency, this series of equipment also demonstrates outstanding performance. By optimizing the material conveying system and the high-frequency electromagnetic valve injection module, the single-machine processing capacity has increased by approximately 30% while ensuring ultra-high precision. The unique self-cleaning, dust-proof optical design effectively adapts to the dusty environment often encountered during grain sorting, ensuring the stability and reliability of the identification system during prolonged continuous operation. Additionally, the new human-machine interface supports one-click parameter switching. When the processing category changes from red beans to millet, the system can automatically call preset models, significantly reducing debugging time and raw material loss.
