This series is specifically designed for the sorting needs of Chinese medicinal materials and fine grains, integrating deep learning algorithms with hyperspectral imaging technology to achieve multi-dimensional, precise identification of material color, texture, and chemical composition. This upgrade marks a technological breakthrough for the company in the field of intelligent sorting, providing revolutionary solutions for traditional Chinese medicine processing and grain precision processing industries.
 
In the scenario of sorting Chinese medicinal materials, traditional manual picking suffers from low efficiency, poor consistency, and susceptibility to subjective factors. The high-precision CCD sensor equipped on Zhongde's new-generation color sorter can identify subtle color differences as small as 0.1mm. Combined with an AI database built from over 500 common medicinal material forms, it can efficiently separate insect-damaged, moldy, or adulterated materials with off-color varieties. Test data shows that in sorting astragalus slices, the equipment's recognition accuracy for moldy slices reaches 99.7%, with a processing capacity of up to 2.8 tons per hour, representing a 40-fold efficiency increase compared to traditional manual sorting.
 
For grain sorting, the equipment innovatively adopts multi-channel spectral analysis technology, capable of simultaneously detecting material color, moisture content, and protein distribution. In the sorting process of small grains like millet and mung beans, it can not only remove impurities such as off-color grains and stones but also identify grains that appear normal in color but are internally spoiled. A trial report from a large grain processing enterprise in Hebei Province shows that after using Zhongde equipment, the impurity rate in finished products decreased from 0.3% to 0.02%, with annual loss reduction of approximately 120 tons, equivalent to an increase in net profit of over 800,000 RMB.
 
It is worth noting that the intelligent management system of this series supports IoT remote monitoring, allowing users to view sorting efficiency, equipment status, and energy consumption data in real-time via mobile devices. The self-adaptive learning function enables the equipment to continuously optimize sorting parameters during operation. For instance, when processing goji berries from different regions, the system automatically adjusts recognition thresholds to accommodate their natural color variation range. The modular design adopted for maintenance reduces core component replacement time to within 15 minutes, significantly minimizing downtime losses.
 
"We spent three years on R&D, implementing 127 improvements in the material handling system, light source stability, and algorithm architecture," the company's Technical Director introduced at the launch event. "Particularly in the fields of ore and plastic sorting, we developed a unique density recognition algorithm, enabling effective separation of mixed materials with similar colors but different compositions."
 
Currently, this series has obtained EU CE safety certification and performance verification from the National Institute of Metrology, China. Xingtai Zhongde Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. also announced the establishment of two new technical service centers in Zhengzhou and Hefei to provide customers with 24/7 response support. In the next six months, the company plans to launch dedicated sorting modules for nut materials, further expanding its application in the deep processing of agricultural products.
